Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist at Sweven Infotech, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the IT product domain. This position requires a dynamic and driven professional who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with a focus on strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles. As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives and drive market penetration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Research and engage with new potential clients across various industries to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and following up on leads through direct outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to uncover new opportunities for business expansion.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Propose tailored solutions to drive value.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms align with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop lead-generation campaigns, promotional materials, and sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market demands.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products/services to clients.
- Strategic Account Management:
- Ensure strong post-sale relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and maximize opportunities for account growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients, enhancing overall client value.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and deal progression.
- Regularly update CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide reports to leadership on performance.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches and identify new growth areas.
- Networking and Industry Presence:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Represent the company and its values at events and client meetings, acting as a thought leader and expert in your field.
