We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Product Manager to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our Emerging Commercial Vehicle Technologies cluster, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving organizational goals.
Estimated Salary: ₹35,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description
In this role, you will be owning market intelligence, staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities. You will conduct analysis on OEM strategies and mergers/acquisitions, providing insights on their potential impact.
You will also be developing and maintaining a clear product roadmap aligned with market needs and emerging technologies.
Furthermore, you will formulate strategies for product and regional expansion, ensuring transparency in implementation across the team.
As a Strategic Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
Additionally, you will monitor and report on sales targets and KPIs related to the product line, identifying areas for improvement and adjustment.
Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have market research or product management experience in Automotive or Electronics products.
You should possess proficiency in presentation skills and tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
A BTech in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering along with an MBA in Marketing/Finance is required.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of prior work experience and a strong academic background.
