Key Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering from clients
- Transfer of business knowledge to technical team members
- Generate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Review project schedules and conduct gap analysis
- Conduct product testing and design
- Assess technical feasibility and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Solution design and implementation using Scrum methodology
Expected Outcomes
- Deliver commercially viable loan management systems and core banking solutions
- Craft intuitive user experiences for financial lending products
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in Indian Digital Banking, Fintech, or related domains
- Experience with lending software suites and partner API integrations
- Excellent understanding of various financial lending products, including working capital loans, term loans, and project loans
Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
