Product Development and Strategy Lead

At Shortfundly, we're looking for a Product Development and Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for building end-to-end OTT systems across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding the goals of different business units and working towards building systems that drive positive outcomes for multiple objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Convert trade-offs in product decisions to business metrics and value
  2. Drive complex analysis and find the ground truth
  3. Build systems that replace the need for product teams altogether
  4. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and empathize with their goals
  5. Manage and work in feed-driven products
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends and continue to learn and evolve

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. At least minimum Product management internship experience in quantitative and/or qualitative methods
  2. Background in User Research with practical chops
  3. Understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and when to deploy them
