Job Description:
As a Strategic Sales Manager - Agency Development, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and recruiting top-quality advisors to build a robust advisor network
- Providing continuous training on products, business processes, and sales techniques to ensure advisors are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed
- Assisting advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development to drive sales growth
- Evaluating advisors' performance and providing feedback to enhance their skills and productivity
- Ensuring advisors adhere to required business processes and norms to maintain high standards of quality
- Achieving monthly business targets for generating new business and recruiting advisors
- Aligning the selling team with all business quality metrics to drive excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least 1+ year of field sales experience in industries such as Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, or Real Estate
- Life Insurance/BFSI experience is preferred for the ADM role
- A valid diploma or graduation degree (12th plus 3-year diploma is also acceptable)
- Localite status
- Age between 25 years to 45 years
- Possession of a two-wheeler
