Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Identify and engage with potential enterprise customers, building long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan.
  • Prospect, forecast, build, and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
  • Create a compelling annual plan to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones, and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
  • Support direct reports in client and prospect meetings.
  • Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
