Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to spearhead our recruitment services.
With 12-15 years of experience, you will drive sales growth and expand our client base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, recruitment processes, and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our recruitment services.
2. Identify and target potential clients, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, HR departments, and key stakeholders while driving revenue growth.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
5. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
6. Prepare persuasive presentations and pitches to showcase the value of our recruitment services.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of recruitment projects.
8. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
9. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1. A proven track record of success in business development and sales within the recruitment industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition.
3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with key decision-makers.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex recruitment concepts.
5. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in using sales tools and a willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
