Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Trunks Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, client relationships, and sales initiatives.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel across India to meet with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets, focusing on high-end residential projects and luxury clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals to drive business opportunities.
3. Identify and pursue new sales channels, including lead generation, client presentations, and deal closures.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to overall business growth.
5. Travel extensively throughout India to meet with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A strong network of relationships within the interior design and luxury industries.
2. Extensive experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven outcomes.
5. Adaptability and enthusiasm for the luxury sector, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional results.
