CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To Analyze and Prepare Working Plans
- 1. Analyze market data and prepare working plans for the territory.
- 2. Monitor and achieve targets of the territory.
- 3. Implement and execute strategies.
- 4. Engage with stakeholders (doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions pharmacy).
- 5. Maintain discipline and punctuality for multiple internal processes.
- 6. Possess basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and email exchanges).
- 7. Demonstrate fast learning and adaptability to market changes.
- 8. Possess strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- 9. Effectively perform in-clinic demonstrations.
- 10. Organize camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs.
- 11. Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors.
- 12. Generate purchase orders for Abbott brands according to business plans.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills and analytical skills are also considered
- Required Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharma.
