Job Title: Senior Associate, Affluent Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group



Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Affluent Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Delivers acquisition of qualified New to Bank (NTB) DBS Treasures clients through a need-based approach.
  • Manages and maintains the highest customer satisfaction and service levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
  • Conducts events and activities to enable lead generation to assist NTB acquisition.
  • Implements needs-based strategies to attract New to Bank (NTB) Treasures clients in assigned locations/areas.
  • Drives incremental Net New Money (NNM) leveraging CA/SA/TD growth and revenue by cross-selling insurance, FX, and investments products.
  • Ensures activation of e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking/ Online MF/Debit Card) and Savings Book growth.
  • Drives cross-sell and PPC activities.
  • Delivers exemplary customer service and upholds DBS service standards.
  • Ensures internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to DBS sales processes and timely risk reviews.
  • Embraces digital banking solutions and technological advancements to deliver highly efficient, swift, and precise services to customers.
  • Ensures strict adherence to product and sales policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.


Required Experience:




  • Minimum 4 years of experience in acquiring NTB customers in premium banking/wealth categories.
  • Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India.
  • In-depth knowledge of local market and competition.
  • AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage.


Education/Preferred Qualifications:




  • Graduate/Postgraduate with MBA.

  • Close interaction with Team Leader, City/Cluster Head, Treasure Service and Operations team.
  • Close and regular interaction with Investment, Insurance, and Forex Product specialists.


Mandatory Training:




  • GCAP (Group Customer Acceptance Policy).
  • BCAP (Business Customer Acceptance Policy).
  • AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC Guidelines.
  • PIP (Personal Investment Policy).
  • ORM (Operational Risk Management).
  • Information Security Policy.
