Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to be the face of our support team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone or chat.
2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose suitable solutions.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Requirements
1. Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
2. Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems.
4. Excellent written, verbal skills, and interpersonal skills.
5. Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
