We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team at DBSync, a leading provider of data integration and Data warehousing services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction while maximizing revenue opportunities on key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of account management or selling experience in a technical or SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments. They will possess excellent communication, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Identifying and seizing cross and up-sell opportunities for new products and services to existing clients
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client communication and contributing directly to the results of the CSM team
  • Tracking and managing multiple projects and tasks, reporting project status with clients and management
