Strategic Business Development Manager
About the Role:This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Manager.
You will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in key markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams and external partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research and other means
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and drive business results
- Manage and grow current account value across assigned portfolio
- Deepen existing relationships and drive wallet share expansion
- Generate revenue through trade forex, retail banking and business banking offerings
- Cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds, life insurance, general insurance, credit cards and Y-SEC
- Drive performance on goal sheet targets across CASA, trade forex, BB, CMS, LI, MF, lockers and NTB acquisition
- Proven track record of success in relationship management and business development
- Strong understanding of commercial and transactional banking products
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
