Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard modern trade retail chains to showcase our mobile accessories product portfolio.
- Evaluate retail partners based on strategic fit, location reach, and potential for scale.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive strong sell-outs from modern trade channels.
- Monitor sales velocity and stock rotation at store level.
- Build deep understanding of mobile accessories categories and lead dissemination of category insights to retail staff and key stakeholders.
- Drive distribution of products across new modern trade channels and regions to increase market penetration.
- Strategically expand into untapped territories to maximize visibility and sales.
- Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners to ensure favorable terms, visibility, and promotional support.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Deep understanding of mobile accessories categories, consumer preferences, and technology trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
