- Responsible for overseeing the overall business operations for marketing of Alloys Steel and developing strategic plans for Alloys Steel in OEM Sectors.
- Accountable for Sales & Marketing of Alloys Steel in OEM Sectors.
- Experience required as a marketing head for the development of Alloys Steel in the domestic market.
- Involved in planning and marketing of value-added steel.
- Developing and implementing competitive selling programs/strategies to enhance product awareness and drive business growth.
- Reviewing and analyzing market information to finalize the marketing strategy and ensure profitable growth.
- Leading the coordination and management of Alloys Steel Marketing.
- Introducing new products as part of diversification marketing development efforts.
Customer Relationship Management :-
- Addressing customer complaints and providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Interfacing with customers, identifying their requirements and handling product customization.
- Providing prompt and superior customer support to build market credibility through loyalty programs.
- Developing effective relationships with significant clients to ensure quality service delivery and achieve customer delight for business retention/enhancement.
- Analyzing customer profitability and identifying areas for improvement to maintain better customer relationships.
