Senior Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at HBX Group. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth with our hotel partners.
Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with our hotel partners, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our value proposition and the tools available to optimize their revenue growth. You will work closely with the Account Manager to establish a consultative approach, driving joint-value tactical proposals that cater to each partner's unique needs.
To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent market analysis and competitive intelligence skills, enabling you to assess the competitive landscape and identify trends. Your ability to negotiate and structure optimal commercial agreements will be crucial in driving business growth. Additionally, you must be adept at leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, representing HBX values and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- COMMERICAL ACUMEN AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS: Master the negotiation process, structure optimal commercial agreements, and optimize the use of Hotelbeds' tools and technology to drive business growth.
- DATA ANALYSIS AND INSIGHTS: Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience with direct contact with customers
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
