We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Perennial Systems. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

">
  • Masters Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Strong understanding of technology services in custom application development and outsourced product development segments.
  • At least 4 years of experience selling fixed bid and staff augmentation service models.
  • Strong track record of success in key account management with at least 2 years of experience.
