We are seeking a seasoned Cross-Functional Team Player to join our dynamic team at ExxatSystems Pvt Ltd as a Cloud Education Platform Customer Support Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving product adoption, and ensuring seamless integration with our cloud-based education management platform.

Job Description:This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders, navigate multiple systems and processes, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive training sessions to ensure smooth product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, onboarding processes, and product updates.
- Providing timely support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the education or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to suit different audiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- An analytical mindset, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
