The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will deliver excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.

  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop account plans to enhance service delivery and define, develop, and maintain reports to support decision making.
  • Process and interpret data to gain actionable insights and work closely with business users to understand their data analysis needs.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Client Services or Data Analyst role.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders and possess strong analytical skills.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
