Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to ensure customers achieve their goals using our products/services driving long-term relationships and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
ext. Onboard new customers providing training and support.
ext. Build strong relationships with customers understanding their needs.
ext. Monitor customer health identifying potential issues.
ext. Develop and execute success plans.
ext. Provide timely solutions to customer queries.
ext. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
ext. Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
ext. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
Requirements:
ext. 05 years of customer-facing experience.
ext. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ext. Ability to understand customer needs and technical concepts.
ext. Proactive problem-solving skills.
ext. Familiarity with CRM software.
Desirable Qualifications:
ext. Graduate in any field.
ext. Should have good communication skills in English.
