Customer Success Advocacy Specialist

At Mindtickle, customer success is a top priority. We are seeking a motivated Customer Marketing Associate to support diverse marketing programs aligned to company growth and customer-first initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer case studies and testimonials from scheduling to coordination with other teams.
- Identify customer success stories by partnering with sales, customer success, and other teams.
- Manage and optimize customer logos, quotes, stories, and other resources.
- Partner with the marketing team to publish, promote, and retire customer logos, stories, and videos.
- Support social media efforts and respond to internal requests for customer stories.
- Review and track customer communications, working closely with the marketing automation team and customer success.
- Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey initiatives for gathering feedback.
- Execute outreach for sourcing speakers for field events and webinars.
- Manage customer welcome, appreciation, advocacy, and milestone gifts.
- Support customer growth and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology industry.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with effective storytelling.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for report generation and tracking customer activities.
- Experience with other marketing tech: Marketo, Demandbase, Asana, and/or Zoom Webinar preferred.
