Customer Marketing Associate Role

At Mindtickle, customer success is a top priority. We are seeking a motivated Customer Marketing Associate to support diverse marketing programs aligned to company growth and customer-first initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer case studies and testimonials from scheduling to coordination with other teams.
  • Identify customer success stories by partnering with sales, customer success, and other teams.
  • Manage and optimize customer logos, quotes, stories, and other resources.
  • Partner with the marketing team to publish, promote, and retire customer logos, stories, and videos.
  • Support social media efforts and respond to internal requests for customer stories.
  • Review and track customer communications, working closely with the marketing automation team and customer success.
  • Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey initiatives for gathering feedback.
  • Execute outreach for sourcing speakers for field events and webinars.
  • Manage customer welcome, appreciation, advocacy, and milestone gifts.
  • Support customer growth and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with effective storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for report generation and tracking customer activities.
  • Experience with other marketing tech: Marketo, Demandbase, Asana, and/or Zoom Webinar preferred.
