Customer Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of customer case studies and testimonials, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Identify and develop customer success stories through partnerships with sales, customer success, and other teams.

  • Partner with the marketing team to publish, promote, and retire customer logos, stories, and videos.

  • Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey initiatives to drive customer experience improvements.
  • Execute outreach for sourcing speakers for field events and webinars, ensuring alignment with event needs.
  • Manage the delivery of customer welcome, appreciation, advocacy, and milestone gifts.
  • Support customer growth and expansion opportunities, working closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing.
  • Assist in launching new strategies to advance the customer marketing program, including a customer awards program.
  • Measure and report on customer marketing initiatives regularly, identifying opportunities for improvement and emerging trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology industry.
  • Successful track record of working in customer marketing with a passion for serving and understanding customers.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and experience with effective storytelling.
  • Experience managing vendors, partners, and a budget.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for report generation and tracking customer activities.
  • Experience with other marketing/sales tech: Marketo, Demandbase, Asana, and/or Zoom Webinar preferred.
  • Strong project management/organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to executing new ideas.
