Role Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Solutions Consultant at Yashuss Unlimited. The consultant will be responsible for providing analytical insights, consulting services, presales support, sales expertise, and project management to clients. They will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand requirements, create tailored solutions, and support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and identify opportunities where our solutions can add value.
- Develop customized solutions that align with client requirements, leveraging our diverse product portfolio to address specific business needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.
- Assist in crafting detailed proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with company objectives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on technical aspects of our products and services, enhancing their ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role within the technology sector.
Technical Proficiency
Strong understanding of technology solutions, including software, hardware, and services. Experience with multiple products and platforms is essential.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills
Ability to analyze client requirements and design innovative solutions that meet their business objectives.
Regional Knowledge
Familiarity with the business and technology landscapes in India, the USA, and Mauritius is highly desirable.
