Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead our video analytics business in North and South India.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing ecosystem partners, system integrators (SIs), and engaging directly with end-users. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the market strategy, expanding partner networks, and promoting innovative video analytics solutions across target sectors including Smart Cities, Enterprise, Retail, BFSI, Transportation, and Sales Leadership.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

Partner Ecosystem Management

Identify, onboard, and manage system integrators (SIs), distributors, and technology partners. Conduct joint business planning with partners to drive mutual growth.

End-User Engagement

Drive demand generation by developing relationships with key decision-makers across verticals. Provide consultative selling and technical evangelism to influence end-user specifications and requirements.

Market Development

Map the regional market and identify new opportunities and applications for video analytics. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to build brand awareness.

Collaboration

Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Share market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.
