Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Own and achieve disbursement and revenue targets for the region.
  2. Identify, acquire, and retain high-value customers with loan ticket sizes around 150 lakhs.
  3. Develop new business opportunities and expand existing ones in geographically diverse areas.
  4. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to generate quality leads and enhance brand presence in the region.
  5. Oversee a team of sales professionals, including Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Relationship Managers.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set goals for team members.
  7. Develop and implement effective training programs to boost team productivity and knowledge sharing.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive business growth and meet quarterly targets.
  9. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and periodic assessments.
