Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Manager to oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives, driving brand awareness and sales growth in assigned regions. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase footfall and market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned regions.
- Analyze sales data to identify customer preferences and market trends, informing marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective marketing support.
- Implement targeted marketing initiatives to turn around underperforming stores.
- Develop and maintain brand presence in local markets, increasing footfall and market share.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of retail marketing experience, with earlier experience at individual store sales/marketing desirable.
- Strong knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies, with proficiency in budget management and ROI optimization.
- Experience in managing ATL & BTL marketing strategies for specific regions within a retail environment.
