
Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Development Lead to lead our serviced apartment and temporary housing operations in India.
Based in Bengaluru, this role will focus on building and managing a high-quality supplier network, supporting relocation / mobility clients, and driving the growth of our accommodation portfolio across key Indian markets.
Key Focus Areas- Develop and manage serviced apartment supplier relationships (Bangalore + major Indian cities)
- Oversee local supply chain performance, pricing and contracting
- Support RMC and corporate client programmes in India
- Act as the senior point of contact for India market strategy and operations
- Provide market insight and ensure service standards meet global expectations
- 5–8 yrs experience in serviced apartments, corporate housing, supply chain or relocation/global mobility
- Strong supplier relationship and sourcing background
- Commercial and client-facing mindset
- Knowledge of the Indian housing/relocation market
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
