Job Title: Regional Business Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly accomplished Regional Business Lead to spearhead sales operations within their designated region. The ideal candidate will drive growth strategies, ensure market dominance, and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Oversight: Develop innovative annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed targets and propel regional expansion.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Account Managers. Foster a culture of excellence and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Forge and nurture robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Elevate customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and efficient issue resolution.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to shape and refine offerings based on market demands. Ensure seamless coordination among team members.
- Industry Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in real estate or digital advertising, and leverage existing developer connections to enhance company's market presence.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to strategically position the company for sustained success.
- Leadership Excellence: Exhibit exemplary work ethics and professionalism, leading by example. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and ethical conduct.
- A minimum of 12 to 15 years of B2B or corporate sales experience is required; experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proven ability to build strong rapport with customers and stakeholders, and to present effectively to executives and senior leadership.
- Strong networking acumen, particularly in the financial sector, is necessary to engage diverse client bases and achieve targeted goals.
- Demonstrates unwavering work ethics and professionalism. Effectively develops self and team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on effectively managing key account relationships.
- Demonstrated success in managing a minimum of Rs.40 crore in monthly B2B sales.
An MBA in any discipline is required. An MBA from a prestigious institution is preferred.
