We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Growth Manager to lead our expansion efforts in new markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy.
About the Role:This role will be responsible for managing and growing the profitability of the assigned region, ensuring achievement of revenue and operational targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional strategies to drive business growth, onboard developers, and manage partnerships.
- Lead a team of highly motivated individuals to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and grow the profitability of the region, ensuring achievement of revenue and operational targets.
- Understand requirements of JBPs and collaborate with operations to create customized packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior developer stakeholders (CEOs, CSMOs, CRM Heads).
- Conduct periodic reviews with developers to assess performance and growth opportunities. Assess problems and take Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Participate in reviews with the Business Head.
- Proven track record in real estate partnerships or interiors/solutions industries.
- Stellar ratings in previous roles, with experience in handling large teams.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development principles and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team. They should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in driving business growth and development.
