Job Description:

We seek a seasoned revenue leader to drive business growth and optimize performance metrics across a region. This individual will oversee key initiatives, contribute strategically to business decisions, and develop a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to strategic business decisions through data-driven insights
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of professionals
  • Orient the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services in the region
  • Drive and meet critical KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat/happy customer experience, E-sat/happy team members
  • Provide continuous feedback for improvement as the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace

Requirements:
  • B.Arch or equivalent degree; MBA is an added advantage
  • Typically 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through designers
  • Strong analytical ability, excellent written/oral communication skills, and business acumen
  • Structured thought process, determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, direct team reporting in past roles a must
  • Personal and professional drive to continuously improve Design and Design experience
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and leadership skills
