The Regional Operations Manager role is pivotal in driving business growth and operational efficiency across territories.
Key Responsibilities- Manage territory-level seller metrics, encompassing orders, Turnaround Time (TAT), Cycle Time To Market (CTTM), Out of Stock (OOS), and catalog updates to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive the expansion of catalogs and onboarding of sellers across supermarkets and retail categories to increase revenue streams.
- Coordinate manpower hiring, induction, training, and performance tracking to ensure a high-performing team.
- Plan and execute growth initiatives such as store incentives and society activations to foster a competitive edge.
- Lead procurement strategies for stores, expand product offerings through SKU expansion, and closely monitor inventory levels to optimize stock management.
- Manage the catalog photography process, oversee data uploads, and resolve any issues that may arise to maintain data accuracy.
- Oversee store mapping, rostering, and operational compliance to ensure seamless operations.
- Track and report key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements through data-driven insights.
