Regional Business Growth Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Growth Executive to lead the growth and development of our regional business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the profitability of the region, ensuring achievement of revenue and operational targets.
  • Lead a team of highly motivated individuals to grow and manage business in their region.
  • Develop regional strategies to drive business growth, onboard developers, and manage partnerships.
  • Understand requirements of JBPs and collaborate with operations to create customized packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior developer stakeholders (CEOs, CSMOs, CRM Heads).
  • Conduct periodic reviews with developers to assess performance and growth opportunities. Assess problems and take Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Participate in reviews with the Business Head.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in real estate partnerships or interiors/solutions industries.
  • Stellar ratings in previous roles, with experience in handling large teams.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
