Clinical Territory Manager - Specialty Brands
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for launching and growing specialty brands in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market share for our specialty brands.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new customer segments and strengthen existing relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings and medical advancements to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, and development, to ensure alignment on brand strategy and initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, territory management, or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, regulatory environment, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Information:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
