Client Success Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Lead to join our team at EvolutionCo Digital Interactive Consultancy Pvt. As a key leader in our client services division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts and develop strategic plans to achieve client goals and drive growth.
- Nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance client knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,400,000 per annum.
