**Job Title:** Regional Business Director
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional business operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive revenue growth and oversee critical business metrics.
You will take ownership of strategic initiatives, including product launches and process improvements, to propel business success.
- Contribute valuable insights to inform business decisions through qualitative analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to optimize business outcomes.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, comprising business leaders, designers, and operational experts.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Owning the quality of design solutions for our product offerings and essential services in the region.
- Ability to drive and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team happiness.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Civil Engineering, or equivalent; MBA an added advantage.
- At least 7-8 years' experience in interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written/oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
- Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and people management skills; direct team reporting required.
- Possesses significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve Design and Design experience.
- Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes and market trends.
- Strong leadership: hire, retain, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Tracking and training: coach the team on-the-job, track performance, and course correct/reward appropriately.
- Customer empathy: appreciate customer problems and be a trustworthy partner.
