Regional Business Manager Job Description

Job Title: Regional Business Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze key sales data for allocated regions, including revenue figures, sales personnel performance, productivity ratios, client status and receivables.
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue streams to inform business decisions.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and challenge, develop action plans to meet key sales targets and present regular sales reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive sales target achievement, manage the sales support function and ensure timely completion of customer projects.
  • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams by creating personalized development plans, addressing training needs and maintaining regular communication.
  • Track performance metrics and monitor key parameters to optimize overall sales team productivity.
  • Promote performance through incentive structures and sales promotion schemes.
  • Capture market feedback and provide regular updates to inform policy and strategy formulation.
  • Penetrate targeted accounts and generate sales opportunities for company products and services.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations on a daily basis with their team.
  • Maintain systematic follow-up with client organizations to drive sales pitches to timely closure.
  • Ensure prompt payment collection in accordance with company payment terms.
  • Maintain adherence to sales processes and requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
