About the Role:- Create business strategies to achieve targets through effective team management, recruitment, development, and retention of insurance advisors/agents.
- Identify opportunities, plan, and execute plans to maximize market share.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and market trends to improve regional performance.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team in the region.
- Evaluate performance, track productivity, and develop capabilities of the sales team.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Promote high levels of persistency and quality of business.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the region.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and efficient grievance redressal for policyholders and agents.
The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to the Agency Channel, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
