
Regional Business Growth Leader

Drive business growth and innovation in South Asia by leading a team of sales managers, technical service managers, and cross-functional teams. Develop a go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Create a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and partnerships in the region.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead sales managers, technical service managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Culture Development: Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Requirements for success:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
- Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
- Solid people leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Travel requirements may include up to 50% time spent on the road.
