Job Title: Regional Growth Strategist

As a Regional Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the growth and performance of your assigned region. You will be responsible for generating revenue, expanding our client base, ensuring compliance, and fostering the development of your team.

- ">
- Generate revenue through high-net-worth individuals, retail clients, and franchisees for both wealth and broking businesses.">
- Work towards achieving revenue targets for the region with support from relationship manager teams (Wealth & Equity RMs).">
- Maintain relationships with ultra-high net worth and corporate clients within the respective region and franchisee.">
- Focus on profitability of the region.">
- Drive new business development by leading teams in asset gathering.">
- Manage all product offerings, including equity, derivatives, margin trading funding, currency, commodities, mutual funds, alternative investment funds, advisory, and portfolio management services.">
- Expand client base through HNI, ground (direct), and web clients.">
- Develop business through the appointment of new franchisees in the assigned territory.">
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliances as laid down by risk and compliance teams within the organization.">
- Train team members in building asset gathering skills and take initiatives to build employee capability.">
