Job Role:

The Digital Growth Strategist drives organic growth through innovative SEO strategies, backed by actionable insights from Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This role focuses on leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance website performance and drive conversions.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities using GA4 data.
  • Perform on-page optimizations, including content creation, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure enhancements.
  • Support off-page strategies, such as outreach, link building, and brand mentions.
  • Execute technical SEO audits, provide recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes, best practices, and industry trends.

Analytics Expertise:
  • Configure GA4 properties, implement tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), and set up data layers for precise measurement.
  • Create custom reports using Freeform, Funnel, and Path Exploration tools in GA4.
  • Track key SEO performance metrics and integrate them with GA4 insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop measurement strategies to demonstrate SEO ROI and contribute to the organization's digital growth.

Requirements:
  • 12 years of experience in SEO with measurable results, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML, JavaScript basics, and hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
