
Regional Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales growth, account profitability, visibility, and strategic partnerships across key modern trade chains.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue targets for modern trade chains across assigned regions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, including Reliance and DMart.
- Promote assortment expansion and visibility across all categories, including breads, cakes, snacks, and gifting SKUs.
- Lead annual and quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Terms of Trade (TOT) negotiations with retail partners.
- Align internal teams on deliverables, volume forecasts, promotions, and investments to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and execute account-specific plans and category activations for festivals, campaigns, and new product launches.
- Ensure high-level execution on visibility, planograms, merchandising, and stock availability across all channels.
- Collaborate with third-party teams for in-store promotions, sampling activities, and audits to optimize performance.
- Track and improve Fill Rates, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and Sell-through to maximize sales potential.
- Analyze account-level sales performance, SKU-wise offtake, and profitability to inform tactical decisions.
