
Regional Leader for South Asia

As a Regional Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation in South Asia.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing Business Strategies: Creating go-to-market strategies with actionable plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, and resource allocation.
- Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Guiding sales managers, technical service managers, and other teams across the region to achieve their full potential.
- Fostering a High-Performance Culture: Encouraging a collaborative and inclusive work environment that drives success.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
- A strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing sector.
- Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales through various channels.
You should also possess:
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM systems.
This role may require up to 50% travel time.
