Job Overview

This role involves generating leads, pitching for offshore recruitment services, and closing business deals. You will work closely with the Pre-Sales team to generate pipeline for prospects/customers and cross-sell other brands.

Responsibilities
  • Pitching for Sourcing, Screening, and full cycle recruitment or back-office services (Market mapping, compliance, Administration, and job posting)
  • Generating Leads information from LinkedIn, Websites, and cold calls
  • Independently closing business deals
  • Cross-selling other brands (Decimal, Enhance, and Nucleii)
Skill Set
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Sales experience in the US market from a staffing background
  • Independent, positive attitude, and result-oriented
What We Offer
