Job OverviewThis role involves generating leads, pitching for offshore recruitment services, and closing business deals. You will work closely with the Pre-Sales team to generate pipeline for prospects/customers and cross-sell other brands.
Responsibilities- Pitching for Sourcing, Screening, and full cycle recruitment or back-office services (Market mapping, compliance, Administration, and job posting)
- Generating Leads information from LinkedIn, Websites, and cold calls
- Independently closing business deals
- Cross-selling other brands (Decimal, Enhance, and Nucleii)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Sales experience in the US market from a staffing background
- Independent, positive attitude, and result-oriented
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers opportunities for growth and professional development within a dynamic and innovative organization.
