We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive with experience in international markets to join SeedData Systems, our Salesforce Consulting Partner based in the UK and India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our global market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve global company goals and targets.

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads in international markets based on the company's target market and business objectives.

- Utilize various online resources, databases, and tools to gather accurate and up-to-date information on prospective clients and global market trends.

- Organize, maintain, and update lead lists and data repositories to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies for global markets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in international markets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, development, and operations to create client-focused solutions.

- Analyze gathered data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the business development team.

- Stay informed about global industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lead generation and data mining.

- Prepare and deliver regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on international markets.

- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence globally.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent English verbal and writing skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software.
