We're seeking a skilled Grievance Resolution Specialist to handle employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.\

The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for grievance management, playing a key part in maintaining a transparent, compliant, and supportive work environment.\
\
This role requires strong conflict resolution and investigative skills, as well as the ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations.\
\
Key responsibilities include:Receiving, logging, and managing all formal grievances and complaintsConducting impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentationMeditating between parties to reach fair and timely resolutionsEnsuring compliance with internal policies and applicable labor lawsAdvising employees and management on grievance handling proceduresIdentifying recurring patterns and suggesting process or policy improvements
\
Requirements include:\
\*A bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field\
\*1–2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role\
\*Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills\
\*Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations\
\*High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism\
\*Excellent written and verbal communication skills\
