Job Role Overview


This role involves engaging with stakeholders to address customer complaints efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving resolutions for customer complaints submitted by various teams, ensuring timely resolution through access to required systems and personnel, collaborating with team leads to finalize responses, driving process improvements to minimize complaints and resolution time, and overseeing the end-to-end monitoring of customer grievances.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is also highly valued.
