Customer Service Specialist

The role of a Customer Service Specialist involves managing customer orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enrolment and Onboarding: Validate customer enrolment in our system, educate them on company policies and order placement procedures.
  2. Order Fulfillment: Manage the entire order cycle from receipt to delivery, including confirmation and invoicing.
  3. Delivery and Logistics: Acknowledge customer orders within 24 hours and provide delivery information within 72 hours.
  4. Invoicing and Accounting: Perform invoicing activities for distributors and customers of our lubricant division.
  5. Price Management: Ensure accurate capture of schemes, prices, and cash discounts on invoices as per policy.
  6. Complaint Resolution: Bridge the gap between demand and supply by systematic processing of orders and active coordination.
