**Complaints Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to manage emails and service requests, ensuring timely response to all inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emails and service requests in accordance with internal and external standards.
  • Handle customer emails received at designated IDs, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Competencies
  • 1-2 years experience in General Insurance.
  • Practical knowledge of General Insurance products and services.
  • Understanding of IRDA-related issues and Customer Quick Resolution Cell (QRC) processes.
  • Knowledge of Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
Performance Metrics
  • 100% recording and registration of complaints/requests/queries as per PPI guidelines.
  • Timely response to all emails and inquiries.
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
