Dispute Resolution Expert

We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Expert with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex litigation matters across India, including cases before lower courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation across India, ensuring timely submissions and effective coordination with external counsel.
- Handle arbitration matters, including drafting responses and supporting negotiations.
- Advise internal business divisions on litigation and pre-litigation matters, providing expert guidance and support.
- Draft, vet, and review legal documents for various departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice on IBC-related issues and manage filings such as Form B.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in dispute resolution and litigation, with a focus on complex cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi is essential.
