Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist

As a seasoned dispute resolution professional, you will oversee complex cases across India, advising internal business divisions and coordinating with external counsel.
About the Role:- Manage litigation matters before lower courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court
- Handle arbitration matters, including drafting responses and supporting negotiations
- Provide guidance on IBC-related issues and manage filings such as Form B
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents for various departments
Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi is required, along with a deep understanding of Indian laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Litigation Management: You will be responsible for managing litigation matters, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
- Arbitration Support: Your expertise in arbitration will involve drafting responses, supporting negotiations, and ensuring effective dispute resolution.
- IBC Guidance: You will provide guidance on IBC-related issues, helping to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Document Preparation: Your role will also involve drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents for various departments.
